Αρμοδιότητες
- Διαχείριση εισερχόμενων και εξερχόμενων τηλεφωνικών κλήσεων
- Διαχείριση ηλεκτρονικής αλληλογραφίας (emails)
- Οργάνωση και αρχειοθέτηση εγγράφων
- Διαχείριση και διεκπεραίωση γενικών εργασιών γραφείου
Απαραίτητα Προσόντα:
- Καλή γνώση αγγλικής γλώσσας
- Πολύ καλή γνώση Η/Υ (MS Office, Internet, Mail)
- Άριστες επικοινωνιακές και οργανωτικές δεξιότητες
- Ικανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών και προτεραιοτήτων
- Ευγένεια, υπευθυνότητα και ομαδικότητα
