Job Purpose

Report To Position Name
- Change Operations:
o Perform Technical Change Requests (TCR) on enterprise customers services due to network topology changes and new applied policies
o Offloading legacy network devices from enterprise customers services
o Involved in relocation existing network devices projects
- Change Management:
o Insure that all TCRs affecting any enterprise customers meets the agreed standard SLA
o Audit and revise TCRs affecting VIP enterprise customers to insure that TCRs meet the agreed special SLA for each VIP customer
o Initiate or reschedule time window for TCRs that will affect some VIP customers like Thomson Reuters to insure that TCRs meet the agreed customer special SLA
o Investigate and report the violated TCRs to avoid repetition and to enhance customer experience
- Network Configuration Auditing:
o Frequently scan network configuration and insure that it meets network standard policy and report any mistakes to take the corrective actions
o Planning an involving in any special project or task force that targets to make sure our network meets the agreed network standard policy or enhance it
o Gathering inputs from all teams that have network access authority to frequently update the network standard policy with the latest applied policies on the network and announce any change once approved and updated in the policy
- Revenue Assurance:
o Insuring that network configuration for enterprise customer’s services match the CRM system and report the mismatching to the revenue assurance PM
- Operations Performance Management:
o Reporting and monitoring enterprise customers’ operational performance KPI’s
- Operations Waving Reporting:
o Reporting on enterprise customers trouble tickets downtime to support commercial teams in customers’ waiving calculations

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL
Knowledge:
- Networking experience of at least CCIP and CCNP and dealing with a lot of network devices platforms from most of popular vendors like Cisco, Huawei , Juniper and Alcatel
- Wireless Technologies
- DSL Technologies
- Microsoft Access with VBA Programming
- Microsoft Excel with VBA Programming
Education:
- B.Sc. in Computer Science or Communications Engineering
Prior Work Experience:
- At least 5 years relevant experience in the telecommunication industry
Language Proficiency:
- Excellent in English (Reading, Writing & Oral)
Problem Solving:
- Have an Excellent Troubleshooting skills
- Have a willingness to learn and expand knowledge
Innovation:
- Initiator and have creative ideas
Skills & Abilities:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
