To provide administrative support to product and sales team..
Key Accountabilities
- Assist project management and timely implementation of new fund launches and registrations, fund modifications and fund mergers/closures under its scope;
- Assist and co-ordinate the overall new product development process from initial idea generation to the product delivery and to ensure the effective launch and ongoing management of our products;
- Analyze product trends and understand the distribution dynamics of both onshore and offshore markets;
- Assist in paper work.
Qualifications & Attributes
- Diligent and pay attention to details
- Demonstrated ability to apply AI-driven solutions to streamline business processes and enhance productivity will be highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills and team player
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin and English
- Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in the fast-moving environment of capital markets
- Solid PC knowledge (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
