What you'll build with us:

Own the induction and onboarding product end to end. You’re the single point of accountability in every region, across design, delivery and continuous improvement. Take the framework built in Australia and make it global, across Europe and LATAM, reflecting what's local while holding the standard. Redesign the onboarding survey and shape how we read it. Turn survey and program data into real fixes, define new metrics, and report to leadership each quarter on how onboarding is tracking.

The impact you’ll make:

• Own the induction and onboarding product end to end as the single point of accountability in every region: design, delivery and continuous improvement.
• Take the framework built in Australia global (Europe, LATAM), reflecting what's local while holding the global standard, and build out a dedicated onboarding stream for people leaders.
• Facilitate all onboarding, in person in Melbourne and virtually across time zones, owning how it lands and running a train-the-trainer approach so quality holds.
• Build a solid working knowledge of Stake and KICK to induct new starters on the basics of gaming and live streaming, and bring our customer voice into the experience.
• Redesign the onboarding survey, turn data into real fixes, define new metrics and report to leadership each quarter on how onboarding is tracking.
• Partner with Workplace Experience, People Operations and Talent Acquisition to deliver a world-class new-starter experience.

Your track record:

• You facilitate live and virtual, in front of global, multicultural audiences, and you absolutely live for it. This is the core of the role.
• You've owned or run onboarding, induction, L&D or people experience programs before (5+ years).
• You're comfortable with survey and program data. You read it, draw the conclusions and insights,  translate those into practical actions that improve the experience and report progress or setbacks to key audiences. 
• You learn fast and explain even faster. You find products like ours easy to understand and you’re passionate about them.
• You're customer-centric, with a real interest in customer voice.
• You're organised and self-directed. You like to work autonomously but be part of a larger team, ready to own a global program.

Bonus points if you also have:

• Background in instructional design, enough to tweak and localise existing content for different regions.
• Exposure to gaming or live streaming. 
• Coordinated across support functions like Workplace Experience, People Operations and Talent Acquisition before.
