We're looking for a Talent Coordinator to run the core admin engine behind our talent function at Easygo - a crew surpassing 1,500 globally, powering Stake and KICK, two of the world's largest online entertainment and livestreaming platforms. Own scheduling, pre-employment checks, job ads and process improvements, with broad exposure across the full talent acquisition lifecycle from role briefing through to onboarding.

What you’ll build with us:

This role centres on high-volume interview coordination, where speed and precision both matter. Get stuck into TA projects with the opportunity to collaborate across the wider P&C team, and organise the team building activities and events that keep the crew connected. There's also real accountability for ATS optimisation, identifying and implementing changes that lift the function's efficiency.

The impact you’ll make:

• Coordinate and manage interview scheduling across the team
• Draft, post and refine on-brand job advertisements
• Review new requisitions in Jira, ensuring job descriptions follow the correct template
• Conduct pre-employment checks, reference checks, working rights checks and psychometric assessments, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Manage the talent inbox, ensuring timely and accurate candidate correspondence
• Support the visa process by liaising between HR and Talent
• Develop and maintain key reports and dashboards in Greenhouse
• Identify and implement ATS process improvements across the Talent Acquisition function
• Maintain recruitment templates, including offer letters, rejection emails and feedback forms
• Process talent-related invoices and provide broader administrative support to the team
• Support the design and delivery of recruitment materials in Canva to enhance TA and hiring manager capability
• Coordinate internal talent communications, including referral program updates
• Support the organisation of team events and contribute to wider Talent Acquisition projects

Your track record:

• Proven track record driving process improvement and system optimisation within a recruitment or operations environment
• Skilled across job ad writing, interview scheduling, position description creation and pre-employment checks
• Experience checking and processing invoices accurately and within required timeframes
• Broad exposure to the full talent acquisition cycle, from role briefing through to onboarding
• Strong organisational skills and time management, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment, maintaining momentum under pressure
• Practical proficiency with tools such as Greenhouse, Canva, Jira, Slack and Google Suite (or similar platforms)
• Confident working with reporting tools and dashboards, with a strong grasp of data analysis

Bonus points if you also have:

• Experience coordinating projects, including timelines and multiple stakeholders
• Background in branding, employee branding initiatives or content development
• Experience coordinating events, from planning through to delivery
