easyJet is an airline offering passenger flights, with finance, engineering and technology teams hiring through its careers site. Its job ads seek finance managers, a tech lead for optimisation engineering, licensed aircraft engineers, HR business partners and business analysts, with hybrid working at the Luton office. The airline is headquartered in Luton, England, United Kingdom.

Over the last 30 years, easyJet has revolutionised European travel. With a fleet of over 300 aircraft flying 85 million+ passengers annually across 1,000 routes, we make travel easy and affordable. But what truly sets us apart is our generation easyJet culture-fuelled by forward-thinking, high-performing people who have a real sense of fun.

We are looking for a Product Manager (Decision & Execution - Cabin) to join our Connected Crew Mission. In this role, you will take the reins of our cabin-facing digital tools, replacing manual workarounds with intuitive, real-time technology that empowers our cabin crew to make faster, more confident decisions in the air.

Ready to bring your "Orange Spirit" to the skies?

If you are a high-performing product owner ready to reduce cabin workload, streamline onboard service, and leave a permanent mark on how an airline operates, we want to hear from you.

The Role: What You'll Do

·Sitting at the intersection of cabin operations, safety, and commercial tech, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of custom-built tools and enterprise SaaS platforms.

·Shape the Strategy: Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for cabin decision-support tools.

·Lead a Squad: Guide a multidisciplinary team of engineers, designers, data specialists, and delivery experts.

·Manage the Lifecycle: Drive products from initial user discovery to delivery, adoption, and ongoing optimisation.

·Balance SaaS & Custom Builds: Navigate vendor roadmaps and configuration constraints to deliver maximum value.

·Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Cabin Operations, Safety, Retail, and the Crew Device platform team to protect safety standards while driving operational efficiency.
