Easykash is a leading Fintech startup that processes over 150 million transactions monthly in one of the world’s most interesting industries: “Payments”. We help businesses accept payments easily every minute.

• We are looking for a proactive part-time Human Resources Recruiter to join our team.

• The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle, source qualified candidates, coordinate interviews, and support HR operations to ensure the company attracts and hires the right talent.

• We are looking for someone experienced in sales recruitment to recruit 3-5 sales positions monthly

• The most important skills we are looking for are hunting and interviewing

Requirements

• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR.

• Good understanding of recruitment and candidate screening techniques.

• Experience using recruitment platforms such as LinkedIn.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

• Ability to handle confidential employee and candidate information professionally.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.

• Knowledge of Egyptian labor law is preferred.
