- Establish project roadmaps, define key milestones, and align project direction with cross-functional business objectives.
- Track project progress against plans, manage resource allocation (budget, time, and talent), and control scope creep.
- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams (BA, Dev, QA), business units, and executive stakeholders to ensure alignment.
- Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, implementing contingency plans for unforeseen issues.
- Review and ensure the quality, accuracy, and completeness of all deliverables prior to final handover.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Project Management or Product Management.
- Prior experience in system development roles, such such as Programmer, System Analyst, or Business Analyst.
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven ability to make sound decisions under pressure and apply logical problem-solving skills.
- Highly disciplined with strong capabilities in task prioritization and time management.
- PMP or related certification is a plus.
- Experience in Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies is a plus.
- Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills are a plus.
