Field Project Manager

We're looking for a Commissioning Manager / Field Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical electrical infrastructure projects. This is an opportunity to take ownership of site-based project execution, lead multidisciplinary teams, and deliver complex projects from installation through to commissioning and handover.

What you'll do
As part of our PMO team, you'll play a critical role in delivering customer projects safely, on time, and within budget. You will:
- Lead site-based project delivery across the full project lifecycle.
- Develop delivery, installation, commissioning, and resource plans to achieve successful project outcomes.
- Coordinate customers, contractors, vendors, subcontractors, and field resources.
- Manage project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Oversee installation, testing, commissioning, and handover activities.
- Monitor project progress, financial performance, and delivery milestones.
- Build strong customer relationships and provide leadership across complex project environments.
- Drive safe, compliant, and high-quality project outcomes.
What we're looking for
We're open to candidates from critical power, electrical infrastructure, data centres, utilities, industrial automation, building services, construction, or related industries.
You may be:
- A Project Manager looking for greater ownership and field leadership responsibility.
- A Commissioning Manager seeking larger and more complex projects.
- A Senior Commissioning Engineer or Site Manager ready to step into broader project leadership.
You'll bring:
- 3+ years' experience delivering electrical infrastructure, commissioning, construction, or critical power projects.
- Experience managing project delivery, contractors, vendors, risk, and site operations.
- Strong stakeholder management and customer relationship skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving capability.
- The ability to manage competing priorities in complex project environments.
- A qualification in Project Management, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
