GIS R&D Engineer

What you’ll do:

主要负责中压充气柜产品研发及海外市场产品开发，主导产品国际化设计、标准符合性验证及项目管理工作; 负责攻克产品核心技术难题，推动产品持续迭代创新，满足海外市场及客户需求。

• 根据IEC和IEEE等国际标准进行产品研发、验证及认证支持工作;
• 与海外销售、产品经理、客户及认证机构开展技术沟通，推动项目落地;
• 样机的研制进行监督和指导，参与样机制造，试验;
• 负责小批量试制和标准图纸、BOM释放;
• 积极参与合理化建议改进及VEVA工作;

Qualifications:

• 本科及以上学历，机械工程、电气工程或自动化相关专业。
• 研究生需具备2年及以上相关工作经验; 本科需具备5年及以上相关工作经验。
• 悉中压元器件产品及相关标准;
• 能独立编制英文技术文件、设计文档及测试报告
• 能独立主持或参与与海外客户、海外团队的技术会议及沟通交流
• 具备独立工作能力及团队协作精神，较强的问题解决能力和创新意识。
