The pay rate for this position is $21.63 per hour.

What you’ll do:
The Inventory Clerk is responsible for inventory process control and resolution as needed to accomplish Eaton’s overall objectives of providing on-time delivery of quality products. Support and initiate actions with management to ensure that personnel comply to the company’s policies and performance/productivity levels.
In this function you will:
- Inspect materials and generate pick lists from production schedules to support accurate order fulfillment and production readiness.
- Audit material movement and stow activity, perform cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies between physical inventory and SAP.
- Locate lost or misplaced material using SAP transaction history and correct bin allocations.
- Manage transfer requests with Material Handlers and communicate transfers to receiving buildings.
- Partner with team leads, inventory teams, and production lines to resolve material issues.
- Maintain MRP inventory records and improve inventory procedures.
- Safely operate forklifts and electric pallet jacks.
Qualifications:
Required (Basic) Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED from an accredited institution
No relocation benefit is offered for this position. Only candidates residing within the immediate area of the Richmond, VA facility (50-mile radius) will be considered for this position. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

- Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a matrix environment, get results and drive change through others
- Effective oral and written communication skills as well as planning and organizational skills
- Ability to work daily and/or weekend overtime, willingness to flex to different areas or local plants as needed
