What you’ll do:
As a Senior Site Manager, you’ll take responsibility for coordinating Eaton’s on-site activities from site preparation and construction through testing, commissioning and handover.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating Eaton teams, vendors and subcontractors
- Ensuring EHS, safety and quality standards are met
- Representing Eaton and the Project Manager on-site
- Monitoring project progress, resources and risks
- Leading site coordination and planning meetings
- Supporting testing, commissioning and handover activities
- Building strong relationships with customers and project stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Electrical Engineering degree or Qualified Electrician certification
- Strong experience in electrical installation and/or commissioning
- Proven experience coordinating electrical works on construction sites
- Experience working on data centre or other large-scale, complex projects
- Strong knowledge of power distribution systems, safety and quality management
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation

Eaton is continuing to grow its Critical Power Solutions business, and we’re looking for experienced Senior Site Managers to join our team and support exciting data centre projects across EMEA.
We’re looking for professionals with a strong background in electrical installation, commissioning and site management, who have experience leading complex electrical works on large-scale construction projects and are comfortable taking ownership of site activities and stakeholder coordination.
