What you’ll do:
- 原材料质量管控部署，PPAP流程实施，制定原材料检验规范和检验计划;
- 新供应商质量管理及现场审核，问题供应商改进跟踪;
- 供应商原材料问题处理;
- 检测设备培训及检测方法优化;
- 年度各供应商质量绩效分析及绩效提升管制方案制定;
- 团队合作，完成OEM业务的质量管控。
Qualifications:
- 机械、材料、电气工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历;
- 五年以上汽车、电力设备等制造业质量管理经验;
- 熟悉APQP供应商开发质量管理流程，熟悉相关行业标准;
- 具备良好的数据分析能力，熟悉质量工具应用;
- 具有电气行业供应商质量管理工作者优先考虑;
- 良好的沟通协调能力及团队合作意识，抗压能力强。
