岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、负责制定产品的整体战略和规划，包括竞争分析、产品定位和差异化策略等。

2、负责产品全生命周期管理，包括需求分析、原型设计、开发、测试、上线和维护等，设计满足用户需求的新产品和新功能，持续优化产品。

3、对研发人员进行需求分解和讲解，具备项目管理能力，能够推动项目开发过程，保障项目进度和上线。

4、负责跨部门协调和沟通，推动研发、测试等部门紧密合作达成产品目标。

5、日常跟踪观察友商产品、用户情况，定期进行分析，研究了解行业发展动态及客户需求及市场前景。

6、负责产品文档的编写和维护，包括主打胶片、产品彩页、白皮书等。

任职要求 / Requirements

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、网络安全或相关专业背景。

2、具有4年以上安全产品领域工作经验，熟悉漏扫、自动化渗透测试系统等安全检测类产品优先;

3、具备扎实的产品管理能力，包括需求分析、产品规划、项目管理和团队协作等。

4、具有较强的学习能力、优秀的归纳总结、文档编写及交流宣讲能力;

5、日常跟踪观察友商产品、用户情况，定期进行分析，研究了解行业发展动态及客户需求及市场前景;

6、具有一定的抗压和自驱能力，高度的责任心、良好的团队协作能力。
