This opportunity is for a GSI Alliance Head role that will be aligned with and work directly alongside the FireCompass team, supporting customer engagements, solution demonstrations, and technical presales activities.

What You'll Do:
- Develop and execute the alliance & global channel sales strategy to drive partner-sourced revenue.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new alliance partners - GSIs, MSSPs, Big 4 / consulting firms, and strategic technology alliances.
- Manage and deepen relationships with existing partners, aligning them to FireCompass's growth objectives.
- Build and run partner enablement programs - training, playbooks, joint marketing campaigns, and technical certifications.
- Align direct and partner go-to-market motions in close collaboration with the sales team.
- Partner with marketing to design and run joint demand-generation campaigns.
- Negotiate partner agreements and manage contractual compliance.
- Track and report partner performance - pipeline contribution, deal registration, win rates, and revenue targets.
- Represent FireCompass at partner events, industry conferences, and joint customer engagements.
What We're Looking For:
- 10+ years in enterprise cybersecurity SaaS sales, with significant experience in channel, alliances, or partner leadership.
- Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems - GSIs, MSSPs, Big 4 / consulting firms, system integrators, distributors, and resellers.
- Experience selling security / IT OEM solutions, with an established partner network globally.
- Demonstrated revenue ownership through indirect / partner channels.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity sales cycles, partner compensation models, and go-to-market dynamics.
- Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce / HubSpot) and partner-management tools.
- Familiarity with offensive security / penetration testing / red teaming / exposure management / EASM technologies.
- Startup or high-growth environment experience.
Good to have:
- Established relationships with the Top GSIs & consulting orgs (e.g., PwC, KPMG, Deloitte, EY, Accenture, Wipro, TCS, Infosys, HCL).
- Exposure to selling or enabling AI-driven / agentic cybersecurity products.
- Partner relationships in BFSI, telecom, and enterprise verticals.
- Experience building an alliance team.
- Cloud hyperscaler alliance experience (AWS, Azure, GCP) or large OEM partnerships.
- Executive presence for CXO, board, and partner-summit engagement.
