Der Recruiting-Prozess
Our interview process is designed to be simple, personal, and a little bit fun, so we can get to know each other naturally.
It kicks off with a short, relaxed phone chat (about 15-20 minutes) just enough to exchange first impressions and spark curiosity. Next, you’ll hop on a video call via MS Teams with someone from the team, where you can dive deeper, ask questions, and see how we collaborate day-to-day.
The final step is the most exciting: we invite you to our office! Here, you’ll try a small, hands-on case study don’t worry, it’s not a test, just a playful way for us to show how we work and for you to get a real feel of our world.
Finally, we’ll make a decision promptly openly, thoughtfully, and with a smile.
