You'll work primarily on B2B accounts across sectors such as technology, finance, and energy, and collaborate closely with Account Managers and internal teams to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.
Your Role
- Support day-to-day client communications, ensuring timely responses and clear follow-ups
- Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and internal coordination to ensure quality and accuracy
- Draft and support execution of PR materials, including press releases, media lists, briefings, decks, and client updates
- Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to keep projects moving smoothly
- Track action items, flag risks early, and help maintain strong account hygiene
- Stay adaptable and solutions-oriented when priorities shift or details evolve
What We're Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in PR, communications, marketing, or a related field (agency experience preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
- Clear, professional communicator-comfortable working with internal teams and supporting client interactions
- Curious, proactive learner who can pick up new industries and topics quickly
- Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining quality
- Strong English and Chinese writing and speaking skills-able to draft emails, documents, and basic decks in English
