About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Risk Data Analyst with strong data analytics and machine learning modeling skills to identify potential risks and help shape risk management strategies through customer trading behavior analysis, segmentation, and predictive modeling. You will combine AI tools with data insights, collaborate with teams across regions to improve risk management processes and systems, and translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Apply data mining techniques to analyze customer trading behavior and identify potential risks and anomalous patterns.
• Develop customer segments and behavioral profiles to support tailored risk management strategies.
• Build early warning and predictive risk models, and continuously validate and improve their performance.
• Prepare risk reports and analytical presentations that communicate data insights clearly and persuasively.
• Collaborate with teams across regions on risk management projects to continuously enhance processes and systems.

What We’re Looking For

• At least 1 year of experience in the financial industry or a trading-related field.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and related data processing and analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience applying AI agents and using AI tools to improve analytical and development efficiency.
• Experience applying machine learning or deep learning (ML/DL) models to solve real-world business problems.
• Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to translate analytical findings into clear conclusions and recommendations
