• Support the execution of communications and PR activities across newspapers, online media, and digital channels as part of integrated communications campaigns.
• Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, media landscape, and relevant media outlets to support PR planning and execution.
• Assist in developing PR content and materials, including press releases, media pitches, media invitations, briefing documents, and other communications materials.
• Support content development and adaptation for different PR purposes and communication channels.
• Translate and proofread communications materials between English and Vietnamese (ENG-VIE and VIE-ENG), ensuring accuracy and appropriate tone.
• Support the team in media monitoring, coverage tracking, data consolidation, and campaign reporting.
• Assist with administrative and coordination tasks to ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the PR team and ongoing projects.
• Perform other PR and communications-related tasks as assigned
