Graphic Designer

Educative has spent years helping developers build the skills that matter most - through hands-on, practical learning that actually sticks. Now we're building something entirely new. Fenzo is a first-of-its-kind brand, designed to change the way people think about learning in the age of AI. We're looking for the right people to help define what it becomes - and how it shows up in the world.

This role reports to the Design Lead and will work closely with the marketing team to create a cohesive, memorable brand identity through digital design and online experiences. Responsibilities for Designer

• Translate business requirements and creative briefs into strong visual solutions.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams on strategic concepts and campaigns.
• Create compelling designs across web, social, paid ads, presentations, and other digital formats, including static and motion.
• Use AI-powered design and creative tools for ideation, exploration, prototyping, and production.
• Refine and art-direct AI-generated assets to meet Educative’s quality and brand standards.
• Help evolve and maintain a consistent visual identity across all brand touchpoints.
• Bring strong creative thinking, with a passion for strategy, ideas, typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
• Take ownership of projects, experiment with new creative technologies, and stay current with design and AI trends.
• Work comfortably in a fast-paced, collaborative startup environment.

Qualifications for Designer

• 2-4 years of demonstrated experience in digital, graphic, or brand design.
• Proficient with Figma, Adobe tools, and modern AI-powered creative tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual systems, and digital design.
• Ability to use AI as part of the creative process while maintaining strong human-led creative judgment.
• Ability to collaborate effectively, collect feedback, and rapidly iterate.
• Quality and deadline driven, with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.
• Prior experience working with startups and/or marketing teams.
• Experience developing and maintaining brand consistency across multiple channels.
• A strong portfolio showcasing creative thinking, layouts, typography, and digital design.
• Current on design, social media, AI, and visual culture trends.
• Experience with B2B or technology marketing is a plus.
