Senior Software Engineer - System Design

About the Role :

We are looking for Software Engineers with 8+ years of experience who are interested in working on modern backend systems and exploring AI-driven applications.

This role is ideal for engineers who want to expand their skill set into emerging technologies like AI/ML while continuing to build strong software engineering fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work on backend systems and scalable architectures

- Understand and implement modern development practices

- Explore integration of AI/ML concepts into real-world applications

- Collaborate on problem-solving and system design discussions

Eligibility Criteria :

- 8+ years of professional software development experience

- Strong understanding of at least one programming language (Java, Python, JS, etc.)

- Basic knowledge of data structures and system design

- Currently working or recently employed in a technical role

Preferred (Not Mandatory) :

- Interest in AI/ML or data-driven systems

- Exposure to backend frameworks or cloud technologies

- Willingness to continuously upskill
