Your Role
EF Bournemouth International Language Campus is seeking a proactive and personable individual to join our homestay/host family recruitment team as a Homestay Recruitment Coordinator visiting and connecting international students with welcoming homestay providers.
In this role, you'll visit and assess providers, guide them through onboarding and ensure safeguarding compliance - all while helping to create a welcoming, ‘home away from home’ experience for our international students.

Responsibilities
- Visiting and assessing homestay providers and completing paperwork (a strong focus on compliance)
- Liaising with our existing homestay community and handling enquiries
- Matching international students with providers and assisting in placements
- Participating in EF events
- Following up with newly collected paperwork and entering information into a database
- Keeping homestay database up-to-date
Requirements
- Highly motivated, energetic and positive with a sociable and outgoing personality
- Friendly and approachable manner, not afraid to speak to strangers
- Highly organised and thorough, able to use initiative and work unsupervised
- Excellent communicator with external clients such as host families, students, and colleagues
- Excellent communication skills
- A flexible approach to work and hours of work undertaken is essential
- Complete fluency in English
- Access to a car essential

- Legally able to work in the UK at commencement of employment
