Что предстоит делать:

ведение участка "расчёты с подотчётными лицами";
сбор всех входящих документов от контрагентов;
поддержка и актуализация эффективной системы контроля правильности оформления бухгалтерскими документами финансово-хозяйственных операций, в соответствии с требованиями законодательства РФ и нормативными документами предприятия;
участие в проведении инвентаризации;
осуществление общего руководства сотрудниками бюро.

От вас потребуется:

высшее образование;
знание документооборота бухгалтерии;
умение работать в 1С, ЭДО;
опыт работы по участку "расчёты с подотчетными лицами";
опыт в проведении инвентаризации;
организованность, ответственность и внимательность.
