نبحث عن مندوب مبيعات جملة يمتلك سجلاً حقيقياً في بناء وتطوير محفظة عملاء وتحقيق المبيعات ، للانضمام إلى فريق المبيعات لدينا في مدينة الرياض.

عن الدور

ستكون مسؤولاً عن إدارة وتطوير العملاء الحاليين والتوسع في استقطاب عملاء جدد ، وتحويل الفرص إلى صفقات فعلية ومبيعات محصّلة.

تشمل مسؤولياتك:

  • فتح حسابات واستقطاب عملاء جملة جدد.
  • إدارة وتنمية محفظة العملاء الحاليين وزيادة حجم مبيعاتهم.
  • تنفيذ زيارات ميدانية ودورية للعملاء ومتابعة احتياجاتهم.
  • تقديم المنتجات والعروض وإعداد عروض الأسعار والتفاوض حتى إغلاق الصفقة.
  • متابعة الطلبات والمبيعات حتى التحصيل.
  • إعادة تنشيط العملاء المتوقفين وتطوير فرص البيع معهم.
  • متابعة السوق والمنافسين والفرص التجارية الجديدة.
  • السفر عند الحاجة لزيارة عملاء الجملة خارج المنطقة، مع توفير البدلات المعتمدة.
  • إعداد تقارير دورية للمبيعات والزيارات والعملاء والفرص الجديدة.

Requirements

ما نبحث عنه

  • خبرة 3 سنوات أو أكثر في مبيعات الجملة أو مبيعات B2B الميدانية ، مع نتائج وأرقام سابقة يمكن إثباتها.
  • قدرة مثبتة على استقطاب عملاء جدد وبناء محفظة عملاء من الصفر ، وليس فقط إدارة قائمة عملاء جاهزة.
  • مهارة عالية في التفاوض، إغلاق الصفقات، وحماية هامش الربح.
  • القدرة على متابعة العميل من أول زيارة وحتى إتمام البيع والتحصيل.
  • رخصة قيادة سارية وسيارة، مع الجاهزية للعمل الميداني والسفر داخل المملكة.
  • إجادة اللغة العربية ومستوى عملي في اللغة الإنجليزية.
  • إجادة استخدام Microsoft Excel وإعداد ومتابعة تقارير المبيعات والعملاء.
