Egis is a French engineering, consulting and operations group working on transport, buildings, water, energy and urban development projects worldwide. It designs and supervises infrastructure such as motorways, rail lines, metro systems, airports and bridges, and unusually also operates assets once they are built, running airports and road concessions rather than handing them over at completion. Headquartered near Paris and majority owned by the state investment bank Caisse des Depots alongside its own employees, the group employs tens of thousands of engineers and project managers across more than one hundred countries.

10 Design (part of Egis' Architecture Line) is a global architecture practice built out of collaboration, imagination, and agility. Our 400 architects and designers work across nine studios in strategic locations across the world - London, Hong Kong, San Francisco, Dallas, Dubai, Edinburgh, Miami, Shenzhen, and Singapore.

We bring together international reach with local nuance, designing and delivering projects at all scales and complexities. Our varied and innovative portfolio covers a broad range of sectors - mixed-use, hospitality & wellness, retail, civic & cultural, commercial, education & sciences, master planning & urban design, residential - and increasingly combines uses, drawing from our world bank of expertise. In this work, we see the opportunity for architecture to become instrumental in unlocking the planet’s most pressing environmental, social and commercial challenges.
