We develop and operate a Software-as-a-Service platform to provide tens of thousands of freelancers and small businesses customers across Europe with remote secretarial and new work solutions. Your Role
As our System Administrator, you keep the IT behind our platform, our 1,000+ colleagues and 500+ clients running - and make it better every day. You'll work across our whole environment:
Operations: Run and maintain our servers, virtualization, backup and core services - on-premises and in the cloud.
Workplace & Identity: Manage user accounts, access, clients and collaboration tools, and connect new applications via SSO.
Security: Keep systems patched, hardened and monitored, and handle vulnerabilities and incidents.
Business Applications: Take ownership of the tools our teams rely on, from Atlassian to finance applications.
Improvement & Automation: Replace manual work with scripts and drive projects like new office rollouts and integrations of acquired companies.
Requirements
What you bring to the table
Admin at Heart: Several years of experience as a system administrator in a mixed environment - you enjoy variety and take on any challenge.
Solid Fundamentals: You are confident with Windows Server and Microsoft 365, find your way around a Linux command line and understand networking basics.
Scripting: You automate recurring tasks, ideally with PowerShell or Bash.
Curiosity & Ownership: You learn fast, get to the root cause and work independently.
Team Spirit: You communicate openly and like working with others.
Nice to have: Experience with VMware, Veeam, Intune, SentinelOne or Atlassian administration; German language skills.
You don't need to tick every box on day one - we care more about how you learn than about what you already know.
