Senior Front-end / Product Engineer (Design-led), reporting to the CTO.
Design and build the interfaces through which brokers, insurers and contractors work with an agentic AI platform. Take problems from first sketch to shipped product: agent conversations, policy-structuring workbenches, risk dashboards and microsites.
There is no separate design team: you will own UX, visual design and implementation. Help humans understand what our agent Kite did and why, surface uncertainty, and make review, correction and approval clear and effective.
- Build React/TypeScript product interfaces, from information architecture to visual detail.
- Own the design system, component library and visual consistency.
- Turn weather and financial data into readable maps, time series, tables, payout curves and portfolio views.
- Use AI coding/design tools to prototype and iterate quickly.
- Run lightweight user research and work directly with the CEO, CTO and sales team.

Requisitos
Obrigatórios:
- 6+ years building production web applications, with deep fluency in React or a comparable modern framework and TypeScript.
- Work demonstrating ownership of UX, visual design and implementation, with clear explanations of design decisions.
- Strong data-visualisation skills: charts, maps and dense tables.
- Daily use of AI coding/design tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
- Experience with AI/agent interfaces, or a credible explanation of how you would approach them.
- Ability to scope ambiguous problems and ship independently.
Desejáveis:
MapLibre, Mapbox, deck.gl, time-series visualisation at scale, B2B/fintech/insurtech products, design systems and an interest in climate or risk.
A portfolio or live work counts for more than a CV.
Contratação
PJ (Pessoa Jurídica). R$ 15.000 a R$ 25.000 por mês, conforme experiência. Jornada de 32 horas semanais em 4 dias.
