Eichholtz USA is seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our growing team in High Point, NC.
Responsibility
The following tasks are your main responsibilities:
Anticipate customer needs and provide recommendations, updates, and solutions without requiring prompting
Identify process improvement opportunities and actively contribute ideas to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Coordinate issue resolution with sales, management, warehouse and service teams
Manage customer accounts, quotes, and orders
Monitor lead times and order status

Establish and support customer relationships and account growth

Requirements
Our ideal candidate:
You are representative, pro active and have a high level op responsibility, besides that you are/have:
Bachelor’s degree and/or 3+ years of customer service experience preferred
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Strong computer proficiency with exceptional attention to detail
Proactive, self-motivated professional with a strong customer-focused approach and commitment to problem-solving
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred
