我们的职责是为公司零售业务搭建优秀的人才供应链，为业内的优秀候选人在公司内匹配最合适的位置。

1.深入了解业务现状和需求，讨论组织和人才规划，输出有效的招聘策略;

2.通过主动寻访等方式，想尽一切办法，与业内优秀候选人建立联系，并建立甄选合适人才的体系;

3.结合组织现状和人才理念，设计合适的offer方案，进行offer谈判;

4.管理招聘流程相关数据，并用数据驱动招聘流程优化，不断迭代招聘方法论和工具。

任职要求 / Requirements

工作要求 :

1.本科及以上学历，不限专业，招聘实习经验加分;

2.具备良好的学习、反思、沟通协作和逻辑思维能力，有强烈的责任心、韧劲和耐心。
