岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1，根据业务战略和现状，制定合适的招聘策略，保障业务发展所需的人才供给;

2，对招聘需求进行深度分析，提供有效的招聘解决方案，提升招聘交付的质量和效率。招聘解决方案包括但不限于招聘需求与目标人才市场匹配度分析、创新性的人才开源方法、有效的薪酬策略;

3，通过行业人才地图，为业务管理者搭建团队提供有效信息输入，持续提升招聘工作对于业务发展的价值;

4，帮助业务管理者与行业资深人士建立链接，为业务团队持续引入优秀人才。

5，基于AI Agent对招聘关键场景或招聘环节进行优化和提效。

任职要求 / Requirements

1，3年及以上HR经验，对招聘工作有热情，具备丰富的招聘交付经验。

2，能与业务快速建立高效互信的合作关系;

3，具备良好的沟通协调能力，可以有效参与跨团队跨职能的协同合作;

4，具备良好的主动学习心态和习惯，能够深度学习业务、组织、人的相关知识;

5，有较强的自驱能力，反应灵敏，责任心强。

6，AI 工具应用意识：愿意拥抱 AI 工具，善于利用技术手段提升工作效率。
