岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 负责济南CDC日常运营管理工作，确保仓储、分拣、配送等环节高效运转。

2. 带领20人团队完成日常作业目标，优化人员排班与绩效考核机制。

3. 监控运营数据，分析效率瓶颈并提出改进方案，持续提升运营质量。

4. 协调内外部资源，保障订单履约时效，提升客户满意度。

5. 落实安全管理制度，确保作业现场符合安全及合规要求。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 大学本科及以上学历，物流、供应链或相关专业优先。

2. 具备5年以上物流或仓储运营管理经验，有团队管理经验。

3. 熟悉仓储作业流程及WMS系统操作，具备数据分析能力。

4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力。

5. 工作地点为济南市，能长期稳定发展。
