岗位职责 / Responsibilities
1. 统筹部门揽收、妥投、发车、客诉、破损等核心体验指标，建立监控与预警机制;
2. 对接转运环节，梳理上下游协作流程，推动发运计划正常执行;
3. 驱动站点标准作业流程落地，通过巡查与规范建设提升一线作业质量;
4. 保障KA项目资源与全流程体验，确保重点项目平稳交付;
5. 组织培训与赋能，提升团队质量意识与作业能力。
任职要求 / Requirements
1. 具备物流全链路质量统筹经验，熟悉揽收、妥投、发车、客诉、破损等核心体验指标的监控与预警机制建设，能定位短板并组织改善;
2. 拥有转运环节运营协调经验，能够梳理上下游衔接流程，推动发运计划正常执行，针对中转异常协调资源跟进闭环，保障货物高效流转;
3. 具备站点运营标准落地和一线团队赋能经验，通过现场巡查、作业规范建设与培训组织提升作业质量;
4. 有重点客户或大项目运营保障经验，能围绕客户需求配置资源，跟进全流程体验，确保平稳交付;
5. 具备问题洞察能力，能从运营数据波动与现场异常中识别根本原因，推动系统性解决;
