岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1. 评测体系建设：协同业务产品、医疗专家及算法团队，将产品预期效果与专家判断转化为清晰、可执行的评测标准、指标和评测集。

2. 机评能力建设：负责机评方案设计与落地，探索模型评测、规则校验等评测方法，建立机评效果验证机制。

3. 评测分析：根据评测结果进行问题归因，识别模型、工具调用及业务流程中的能力短板，输出具体、可验证的改进建议，协同产品、算法及研发团队推动优化并验证效果。

任职要求 / Requirements

1. 大学本科及以上学历，计算机、医学、生物医学工程等相关专业优先。

2. 3年以上评测或策略产品经验，有AI、医疗背景者优先。

3. 熟悉AI在bot产品中的应用场景，具备较强的问题抽象与数据分析能力。
