岗位职责 / Responsibilities

1、参与无人车故障召回体系建设，协助完善分层处置机制和运维工具，处理真实的生产故障数据;

2、参与 AI/ML 驱动的故障诊断工作流研发，结合车辆行为数据、云端告警和传感器日志，探索健康度评分模型的优化方向;

3、参与 LLM Agent 辅助的根因分析和 Runbook 自动生成能力开发，在真实无人车运营场景中落地 Multi-Agent 工程实践;

4、协助建设可观测性体系（指标、日志、链路追踪），开发自动化运维工具，减少人工操作，提升车队运营效率;

任职要求 / Requirements

1、计算机、软件工程、自动化等相关专业在读，可实习 3 个月以上;

2、熟悉至少一门编程语言（Python/Java/Go），有工程实践经验;

3、了解分布式系统基础概念，对系统可靠性、SRE 或 AIOps 有兴趣;

4、有 LLM/Agent 应用开发经验者优先; 有可观测性、混沌工程相关经验者优先;

5、主动、有好奇心，能独立推进小型子任务并输出结论。
