Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Frontend Engineer with strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance enterprise web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with React, Next.js, TypeScript, modern rendering strategies, reusable component architecture, and headless CMS integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.

- Implement Next.js App Router, Server Components, Client Components, Server Actions, Route Handlers, and Middleware.

- Apply rendering strategies such as SSR, SSG, ISR, dynamic rendering, revalidation, and caching.

- Build responsive, accessible, and SEO-friendly user interfaces using Tailwind CSS and modern UI component libraries.

- Develop reusable components and design systems using shadcn/ui, Radix UI, design tokens, CSS variables, and theming.

- Integrate headless CMS platforms using GraphQL APIs and content delivery APIs.

- Implement component-based page composition, layout-driven rendering, content previews, personalization, and multi-site or multilingual architectures.

- Optimize application performance using Core Web Vitals, image optimization, bundle optimization, caching, and performance profiling.

- Establish frontend architecture best practices, conduct code reviews, and mentor team members.

- Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams to deliver reliable and maintainable enterprise web solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills :

- 5+ years of experience in React development.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Next.js in production environments.

- Strong proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.

- Experience with Next.js App Router, Server Components, Client Components, Server Actions, Route Handlers, and Middleware.

- Strong understanding of SSR, SSG, ISR, dynamic rendering, revalidation, and caching strategies.

- Hands-on experience with Tailwind CSS, responsive design, accessibility standards (WCAG), and SEO.

- Experience with shadcn/ui, Radix UI, component libraries, design systems, and reusable UI patterns.

- Understanding of headless CMS architecture, content modeling, component composition, and content delivery APIs.

- Experience with GraphQL.
