Practice : Data & Analytics and Agentic AI

Location : Noida/Delhi NCR

Work Mode : Remote with flexibility to work from office 2 - 3 days from office.

Role Summary :

We are seeking a highly technical Agentic AI Solutions Architect / Engineer with expertise in Data Platforms, Cloud Architecture, AI/ML Operations, Agentic AI implementation, pre-sales solutioning, client consulting, estimation and accelerator development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Forward Deployment Engineering & Client Solutioning

- Data Platform & AI Architecture

- Agentic AI & AI Enablement

- Pre-Sales, Estimation & Commercial Solutioning

- Practice Development & IP Creation

Core Technologies :

- Snowflake, Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Synapse, AWS Data Services

- OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, Gemini

- LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Vector Databases, RAG Architectures

Required Technical Skills :

- Python, SQL, PySpark, APIs & Microservices, Terraform, CI/CD, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes, Data Governance, RBAC/IAM

Experience & Qualifications :

- 12 - 18 years overall industry experience including 8+ years in Data Engineering, Cloud Architecture, Analytics, AI/ML or Solution Architecture

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

- Strong hands-on enterprise data platform implementation experience

- Client-facing consulting and pre-sales experience

- Experience with LOE estimation, staffing models and proposal development

- Experience working with business stakeholders and enterprise clients

Preferred Certifications :

- Microsoft Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Microsoft Fabric Analytics Engineer, Databricks Data Engineer Professional, SnowPro Advanced Architect, AWS Data Analytics Specialty, Azure AI Engineer Associate

Shared Competencies :

- Commercial solutioning mindset, Strong client presentation skills, Ability to develop reusable frameworks and accelerators, Proposal and SOW experience, Mentoring and leadership capability
