Your role: IAM Engineer
We are seeking anexperiencedIdentity and Access ManagementEngineer who will be technically responsible for all Identity services globallyand as such will require expertise inPrivileged Access Management, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect, etc.
The role requires technical breadth and depth, a proven track record of enterprise delivery and the ability toengage withcomplex technical topicsand drivedefinitiveoutcomes. The role will work closely with theIAM AD Architect,Identity and Platform Security Technical Service owner and will be able tohelpdelivertechnically appropriate, business driven IAM solutions.
This role does not include people administration; however, will provide domain-specific technical leadershipin the IAM spacefor DevOps, TechOps and HRteams.
Your Responsibilities:
Own AD/AAD Identity and access delivery, interfacing with Delivery partners (Alcor,WWT etc.) ensuring a fit for purpose delivery within the IAM space.
Ensure documentation and change requests etc.are accurate and followed throughin accordance with SoX.
Coordinate and facilitate Quality Assurance (Audit) escalation issues with delivery partners, Chief IAM Architect and QA/GRC in Elanco.
Serve on various forumsas an SME, to assist in theanalysisprojects and programs to ensure they are technological sound, will do no harm, and will deliver the expected outcomes.
Establish strong partnerships across thetechnicalcommunity,Information Securityand application owners, helping to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Where required, deep dive key initiatives to help overcome major incidents, complex problems and/or realise opportunities.
Help to embed security, privacy, data protection and quality assurance across IT.
Work withElanco operational teamsand Chief architects to understand current and future requirementsrelevant to IAM services.
Work with L1-3 support teams for IAM /Identity and establish ability to operate (get creds, review systems, action access control inAzurePIM).
Actively build and stay abreast of emerging technology directions related toIdentitytechnologies.
Engage in the community (internally and externally) across multiple channels, looking to share, educate and inspire.
What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
Experience in technology project leadership, managing and advancing complex, global environments and designing and delivering enterprise technology solutions.
+2 years ofexperience acrossIdentity, includingPrivileged Access Management, Active Directory, SAML, OAuth, OpenID Connect,Azure AD Connect,Conditional AccessandEntra ID governance.
Experience working with public cloud architecture (Azure, GCP etc.)
Experienceinexecuting large-scale, transformative strategic plans.
Demonstrated exceptional facilitation and organizational skills, effectively conveying complex ideas across all levels of IT and third parties to drive alignment and clear strategic outcomes
