HR MANAGER

  • La risorsa si occuperà di pianificare, coordinare e gestire tutte le attività legate al personale e alla strategia del capitale umano. Pianificherà percorsi di crescita professionale e corsi di formazione, monitorerà il raggiungimento degli obiettivi valutando le performance dei collaboratori, gestirà i rapporti con Sindacati e consulenti. Si occupaerà inoltre di contrattualistica, monitoraggio inserimenro presenze interfacciandosi con il consulente paghe.
