We are seeking a talented System Engineer to lead projects in the field of IR (infrared) systems

You’ll be part of a dynamic System Engineering team, responsible for driving development processes from concept to delivery

Key responsibilities include:

Designing system architecture, structure, and simulations

Defining technical requirements and coordinating cross-disciplinary teams (hardware, firmware, software, and testing)

Performing system-level testing to ensure compliance with customer specifications

Managing collaboration with local subcontractors

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering - preference for Electrical / Electronics

Master’s degree - an advantage

Experience in IR systems, hardware development, or signal processing - strong advantage

Willingness to travel abroad (approximately 4-5 trips per year)

Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills

Strong technical writing ability

High-level English proficiency
