Overview

We are designing the grid of the future!

The Project Coordinator supports the PMO Manager by assisting in gathering information across multiple projects, creating and updating schedules, and tracking budgets to contribute to the successful completion and delivery of projects. Key responsibilities include maintaining task schedules, tracking project deadlines, and assisting with invoice management. The ideal candidate should have an understanding of project management concepts, demonstrate strong communication skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail. A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn and grow are valued traits. EPE values the aptitude and curiosity to learn our business, services, and industry.

Responsibilities

  • Generate and maintain task schedules to ensure alignment with project timelines.
  • Coordinate with team members to track progress and adjust schedules as necessary.
  • Monitor project budgets and expenses.
  • Communicate any potential delays and work with the management.
  • Assist in the processing and management of invoices related to project expenses.
  • Work with clients and internal teams to address any invoicing discrepancies.
  • Ensure the team and management are informed about project updates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to update project details.
  • Learn and utilize project management tools.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload based on project needs.
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to learning and expanding knowledge in project management.
  • Seek opportunities for professional development and growth within the role.

Bring your passion, here's what’s needed:

  • Higher Education degree preferred.
  • Certificate, or equivalent relevant experience will be considered.
  • Experience in project coordination or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in using basic office software and project management tools (MS Word, Excel)
  • Familiarity with project management concepts and tools is a plus.
  • Exposure to business or engineering environments through internships or coursework.
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.

Location: This position will be located in Panama City, Panama

Travel: Occasional travel may be needed (10% or less)
