About the role
As aJunior Spares Documentation Engineer, you will playan important roleincreating andmaintainingspare parts documentationfor appliances, ensuring that service and repair activities can be carried out efficiently. The role involves cooperation with the R&A team and regular support for relevant stakeholders to ensure effective service support and the availability ofaccuratesparepartsinformation throughout the product lifecycle.
This position is offered on a fixed-term contract for a period of 12 months.
In detail, you will:
Monitor changes in production and product development for a range of household appliances and ensure related documentationremainsaccurateand up to date.
Prepare spare parts lists within defined timelines and quality standards.
Create andmaintainentries insparesdatabases, define spare parts,and update electrical diagrams.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure documentation reflects the latest product and production changes.
Support the Spares Planning team inoptimizingspare parts availability and supply processes.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of documentation quality and accuracy.
Whoyou are:
You can correctly interpret technical drawings and electrical diagrams.
You have basic knowledge ofgraphics editing software.
Youpossessa basic understanding of household appliances and how theyoperate.
You are well organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
You are proactive, reliable, and pay close attention to detail.
You are customer-focused and understand the importance of delivering high-quality work.
You adapt quickly to changing priorities and business needs.
You enjoy working as part of a team and building positive working relationships.
You have a positive, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
Knowledge of databases,SQL, orPower BIwould be an advantage.
