  • Collaborate and Execute: Partner with Experience Designers, UI Designers, UI Technical Designers, Art Directors, and Engineers to translate creative direction into polished motion experiences that balance player needs, business goals, and technical constraints.

  • Conceptualize and Prototype: Drive the visualization of new game features and product initiatives through motion prototypes, 3D explorations, and visual storytelling.

  • Elevate the Visual Language: Evolve and champion the motion design principles and standards that ensure a consistent, high-quality visual experience across the entire Madden ecosystem.

  • Advocate and Iterate: Present your work to stakeholders, articulate design rationale, and iterate based on feedback to enhance the usability, clarity, and emotional impact of the final product.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of professional experience creating high-quality motion graphics for product, entertainment, or game development teams.

  • Expert proficiency in After Effects and Cinema 4D. Experience with design systems and prototyping tools like Figma is essential.

  • Deep understanding of core visual design principles, including composition, typography, color, timing, and motion theory.

  • Demonstrated experience creating motion content that supports a product through its development release cycles.

  • Proven ability to develop concepts and translate them into compelling motion experiences, from initial exploration through final implementation.
