Project Sales Manager

• To develop and lead the Sales team for Project Sales department for audio visual system business.
• To maintain current and develop new business relationship with corporate client for audio-visual and IT infrastructure projects business.
• To lead the sales team to achieve annual business turnover.
• Conduct sales forecasts on the responsible market and regular reporting to Singapore HQ.
• To provide guidance and advice to junior sales members in system design for audio-visual, IT, projection, professional sound and integrated control systems.
• Engage new accounts at the working and decision-making level to conduct business development activities such as shaping clients’ decision-making, filtering opportunities, and upselling solutions and services.

Requirements

• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, highly self-disciplined sales professional.
• Excellent relationship with AV/Acoustic consultants in the Southeast Asia region.
• 5 or more years in audio-visual industry.
• Professional business writing skill is mandatory.
• Certified Technology Specialist (AVIXA) is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics/Computing Engineering is preferred.
• Engineers with AV system expertise who is interested in sales are invited to apply.
• Only open for Malaysian candidates.
