JOB PURPOSE
Carelon Global Solutions India is seeking a highly creative and meticulous Scrum Master, who will be responsible for all design requirements for our leader communications.
The incumbent will report to Assistant Manager - Communications and must understand the design process, liaising with multiple stakeholders to understand the brief and deliver all in-house design requirements, apart from coordinating with external agencies to ensure brand guidelines are followed.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
Knowledge of an agile framework or method (i.e., Scrum, Kanban), or understanding of software development life cycle models as well as in-depth knowledge of traditional project management principles and practices.
Adept at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniques
Planning and problem solving with product management leadership and delivery teams.
Proficient in handling & managing multiple Agile Teams across ARTs.
Competent with Agile development management tools (JIRA preferred, JIRA Align, Rally)
Strong facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong presentation and written skills, as well as excellent people skills
Excellent listener and mentor with outstanding interpersonal conflict-resolutions skills, and the ability to work in collaborative environments.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with a high diligence and lean thinking Articulate, persuasive, and comfortable interacting with all levels of the organization.
QUALIFICATION
B.Tech /B.E /MCA
EXPERIENCE
4 years of product or project development experience
3 years of project development experience on an Agile Team or an equivalent combination
Working knowledge of AGILE Tools, Microsoft Office applications
SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
Exemplifies and promotes Agile values and principles.
Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching & Mentoring skills.
US Healthcare industry experience is a plus (Certifications: AHM250 etc.)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM/PSM), SAFe preferred.
Working knowledge of key technical concepts such as modern backend applications, cloud-based systems, web services and frameworks, etc.
Experience in leading strategy and direction for multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, diverse cultures, co-located vs. distributed).
Subject Matter Expert and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Automated Testing.
Excellent leadership, communication, mentoring skills. Strong understanding of software development and business processes and procedures. Subject Matter Expert for Agile practices, service-oriented environments, and better development practices.
