Junior IT Operations Specialist

We're looking for Junior IT Operations Specialist to work closely with our Group Chief Information Officer and support the daily coordination of our technology function across the Group. You’ll help keep work organized, connect information across teams and help the CIO stay on top of what needs attention.
You don’t need to be an IT expert. We’re looking for someone organized, sharp with details, comfortable working with data and keen to learn. Someone we can count on to follow through, check the numbers and ask when something doesn’t add up.Your responsibilities:

• Help the CIO organize priorities, meetings and day-to-day agenda
• Track tasks, deadlines and dependencies across technology teams
• Monitor Jira workflows, follow up on stalled tickets and help teams keep work moving
• Support IT work planning by collecting team input, coordinating priorities and tracking progress
• Help prepare IT reports, presentations and updates by bringing together information from different teams
• Prepare meeting agendas and materials, capture key decisions and share recaps with clear action points
• Track IT service costs and spending against the budget
• Coordinate communication between IT teams, business colleagues and external partners
• Keep documentation and project information organized and up to date
• Support internal initiatives, research tools and suggest ways to simplify everyday work

What we’re looking for:

• Strong organizational skills and consistent follow-through
• An interest in technology
• Clear communication and confidence in asking questions, clarifying details and following up with colleagues
• The ability to make sense of scattered information and turn it into clear next steps
• Good judgment when handling sensitive information
• Strong English, both written and spoken
• Confidence with everyday digital tools and an interest in using AI to work more efficiently
• Experience in IT project coordination, operations or supporting senior management would be an advantage
