Estamos a contratar: Consultor Funcional

Localização: Lisboa

Estamos a recrutar um Consultor Funcional para integrar uma equipa dinâmica e internacional na implementação de soluções de software. Este profissional será responsável por analisar os processos de negócio dos clientes, realizar o levantamento de requisitos, acompanhar a fase de implementação e ministrar formações aos utilizadores finais. A função exige fluência em inglês, uma abordagem orientada ao cliente e capacidade de comunicação clara e eficaz.

Responsabilidades:

  • Recolher, analisar e documentar os requisitos funcionais e técnicos

    junto dos clientes.

  • Apoiar na definição de soluções de software adaptadas às

    necessidades do negócio.

  • Participar nas fases de configuração, testes e validação das soluções

    implementadas.
  • Colaborar com equipas de desenvolvimento, garantindo o alinhamento entre requisitos e entregáveis.

  • Preparar e conduzir sessões de formação para utilizadores finais, em

    inglês.

  • Acompanhar o cliente no período pós-implementação, assegurando a

    adoção do sistema e suporte funcional.

  • Produzir documentação funcional e manuais de utilizador.

  • Apoiar na melhoria contínua dos processos internos de

    implementação.

Perfil do Candidato:

  • Formação superior em Gestão, Tecnologias de Informação, Engenharia ou áreas similares.

  • Experiência mínima de 2 anos em funções de consultoria funcional ou

    implementação de software.

  • Conhecimentos de ERP, CRM ou outras soluções empresariais são

    valorizados.

  • Excelentes capacidades de comunicação e relacionamento

    interpessoal.

  • Organização, proatividade e orientação para resultados.

  • Fluência em inglês (obrigatório); outros idiomas são valorizados.

  • Disponibilidade para deslocações nacionais e internacionais (se

    aplicável).
