Salesforce DevOps Release Manager

Role Overview :
We're looking for a mid-level Salesforce DevOps Release Manager to own release and deployment processes across a multi-environment Salesforce landscape. You'll manage pipelines, coordinate releases across workstreams, and keep environments stable and in sync.
Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, coordinate, and execute Salesforce releases across development, test, UAT, and production environments
- Manage and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Copado, including promotions, back-promotions, and environment alignment
- Resolve merge conflicts and manage branching strategy in GitHub
- Partner with development teams and workstream leads to schedule deployments and manage release cadence
- Troubleshoot deployment failures and drive root-cause resolution
- Maintain release documentation, deployment runbooks, and environment governance standards
Required Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce release management or DevOps
- Hands-on expertise with Copado for pipeline and environment management
- Strong working knowledge of GitHub, including branching strategies, pull requests, and conflict resolution
- Solid understanding of Salesforce metadata, deployment dependencies, and sandbox management
- Experience supporting multiple parallel workstreams in a complex delivery environment
Preferred Qualifications :
- Experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity - OmniStudio) deployments, including DataPacks and OmniStudio components
- Copado certifications (e.g., Copado Fundamentals, Consultant, or Robotic Testing)
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Administrator)
- Experience in the energy and utilities sector or on large-scale transformation programs
