We're looking for a Unreal Engine Programmer.
We're a small indie studio in Belgrade, and we're building an old-school first-person shooter
fast, weighty gunplay, the kind of movement and punch you remember from the immersive sims of the late 90s/early 2000s, but rebuilt with a look that's our own. There's a real story underneath it too: a grim, dystopian sciencepunk world where the choices you make actually change how things play out.
It's still unannounced, it's aiming at AA scope, and we want an eager, capable developer to make the thing.
Focus: Implementing and extending Unreal Engine's Smart Objects system for AI/world interactions, architecting custom Control Rigs, and establishing runtime optimization standards.
Requirements: Strong C++ and Blueprint proficiency, deep understanding of UE5's AI/Gameplay subsystems (Smart Objects, Gameplay Behaviors), and hands-on performance profiling experience.
