Regional Sales Manager

Elmo is looking for an excellent and motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team!

• Responsible for regional sales activities in Baden-Württemberg (Germany) and Switzerland
• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive business growth and expand market presence
• Build and implement a comprehensive business plan focused on new opportunities and sustainable growth
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers through regular communication and on-site visits
• Identify, approach, and develop new customers and business opportunities
• Manage and respond to all incoming regional sales leads
• Follow up on quotations and orders to ensure successful deal closure
• Utilize CRM as a core tool for documenting all sales activities and customer interactions
• Maintain and update the company’s customer database, generating accurate reports and forecasts for current and future opportunities

Requirements

• Relevant technical background in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Software, Quality, or Environmental Conditions
• Strong technical understanding and ability to think quickly and analytically
• Knowledge of servo systems and industrial automation - a strong advantage
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales (preferably in a technical/industrial environment)
• Excellent command of English (both technical and commercial)
• Self-starter with a proactive, results-driven mindset
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Willingness and ability to travel up to 60%
