Role Summary

We're hiring an Assistant Manager - Performance Marketing to own paid user-acquisition performance across our app portfolio. You'll manage day-to-day campaign execution across Meta and Google UAC, drive CAC/ROAS efficiency, and work closely with creative and data teams to scale what's working and kill what isn't -helping fuel the next phase of EloElo Group's growth.

What You'll Do

• Plan, execute, and optimise UA campaigns across Meta Ads, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads for assigned apps and language markets
• Own and report on core metrics: CAC, TCAC, MCAC, F2P%, T2M%, and ROAS
• Conduct root-cause analysis on CAC/performance fluctuations and translate findings into optimisation actions
• Manage budget allocation and pacing across Meta ad accounts and Google UAC campaigns
• Partner with the creative team to brief, test, and iterate on ad creative (video, static, playables) based on performance data
• Use AppsFlyer (or equivalent MMP) for attribution tracking, event validation, and troubleshooting attribution gaps
• Leverage in-house automation and dashboards (Google Sheets/Apps Script, internal reporting tools) for campaign monitoring and reporting; flag gaps or improvement opportunities
• Run structured creative and audience experiments (A/B tests) and document learnings
• Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, product, and creative stakeholders to align UA strategy with business goals
• Stay current on platform policy changes (Meta, Google) and adjust campaign strategy accordingly

What We're Looking For

• 2-4 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, with genuine execution experience (not just oversight) across Meta Ads Manager, Google UAC, and Apple Search Ads
• Solid working knowledge of UA metrics - CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention/funnel metrics and the ability to act on them, not just report them
• Strong creative understanding; able to evaluate ad creative performance, spot patterns in what's working, and brief/collaborate with creative teams effectively
• Working knowledge of MMP platforms (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar) for attribution and event tracking
• Comfortable with data: Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required; SQL or scripting (Apps Script/Python) is a strong plus
• Experience in B2C/consumer app marketing, especially in regional Indian language markets, is a strong plus
• Analytical mindset - comfortable digging into data to find root causes, not just reporting dashboards
• Strong communication skills to brief creative teams and present performance narratives to stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Experience with creative testing frameworks or fatigue-detection systems
• Exposure to marketing automation/AI tooling for reporting or creative analysis
• Familiarity with Indian regional language content platforms (streaming, short-video, social apps)

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

• Full ownership of assigned app(s)' UA campaign performance with measurable CAC/ROAS improvement
• Established rhythm of weekly performance reporting and RCA on anomalies
• Strong working relationship with creative team producing tested, iterative creative output
